Return and Exchange Policy

We do not refund, we will only exchange or offer you a credit code up to the items value. Only on unworn items returned to us within 14 working days (full price) 7 working days (sale) of receipt, with original tags intact showing no sign of wear ie makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks or damage from force etc. Items must be in saleable condition and we will not accept items back that we can see have been worn and washed, once we have received the exchange item back and it has been checked a personal credit exchange code will be issued to you by email. The code can then be used on the website by entering the code in the promo section of the checkout page. The amount will be deducted off that order. The code is not transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser. Please ensure the returns form is completed and enclosed in the parcel with the item you are returning. 


The boutique reserves the right to refuse any item returned to us in a non-saleable condition, and in that instance the item will be returned to you. All items will be checked upon return. The boutique does not exchange on the postage fee paid, to post your order out to you, as that fee is not kept by the boutique and therefore, we cannot cover it on any exchange. The customer pays the postage fee to post out any exchange item & to return to us for exchange.


Please ensure you return your item to us securely parcelled up by signed mail only with the appropriate form enclosed to the correct return address. Please keep your receipt with the return tracking information for your records and in case the parcel is lost or damaged during transit back to us and you need to make a claim for compensation from Royal Mail. Hence why we ask you to use royal mail signed for delivery for any returns so you are covered in case of loss or damage, you can also track your return to us via royal mail track trace website and can see when we have received it etc.


The boutique takes no responsibility for any items not securely packaged and not sent by signed mail so the customer will not be insured and wont be able to track if the parcels goes missing or is sent to the wrong address.


Please note that all items are checked before dispatch for marks & damage, and we would never knowingly send out any item in a faulty state or with any marks or faults. If in the unlikely event you receive your order and there is any faults or damage due to transit etc please email or inbox the boutique ASAP & we will of course do everything we can to assist you.


We reserved the right to amend, update or change any part of this policy at any time. By ordering with us you agree to our exchange & returns policy.
